Sequel Holdings Announces New Operating Partner

DALLAS, TX – Sequel Holdings announced that Kelly Kading has joined Sequel as an Operating Partner primarily within its food and beverage investment focus.
Mr. Kading has worked as an advisor to Sequel Holdings for over 12 years primarily focusing on merger and acquisition diligence, plant consolidations, operational improvements, and overall business strategy execution. Mr. Kading has been involved in the food and beverage industry for 40 years.
Prior to joining Sequel, Mr. Kading was a Managing Partner for The Ranch Winery in Napa Valley, which was successfully sold to E & J Gallo Winery in 2015. Prior to The Ranch Winery, Mr. Kading was the Senior Vice President of Operations for Dean Foods where he oversaw the supply chain activities for a large network of manufacturing plants and warehouses. Mr. Kading joined Dean Foods in 1996 when Model Dairy was acquired by Suiza Foods (the predecessor to Dean Foods). Mr. Kading was the President of Model Dairy. Mr. Kading started his career with Southland Corporation’s Dairy Division.
Mr. Kading received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Food Science and Technology from the University of California at Davis.
