Sequel Holdings Realizes Investment in Critical Process Systems Group

Sequel Holdings announced today that it has sold Critical Process Systems Group (CPS) after six years of stewardship.
CPS, now owned by Wynnchurch Capital, LLC, is a leading provider of mission-critical solutions for highly demanding industries and applications. The company provides a broad range of products and services including specialty coated exhaust duct for the semiconductor and wastewater markets, customized process equipment for the semiconductor and life science industries, as well as a range of highly technical engineering services.
During Sequel’s ownership, CPS completed four acquisitions, launched a biopharmaceutical engineering division, and grew sales by over 110%.
