Sequel Holdings Announces Acquisition of GSC Packaging by Brady Enterprises

Sequel Holdings announced today that Brady Enterprises, a Sequel portfolio company since 2012, has acquired GSC Packaging, LLC.
Brady Enterprises, based in Weymouth, Massachusetts, specializes in the manufacture and packaging of various powdered food products and food ingredients for companies in the consumer packaged goods industry. Its services include specialty spray drying, blending, mixing and packaging of powdered food and nutraceutical products, as both ingredients and finished products. In addition, Brady manufactures and sells Bell’s® seasonings and stuffings and Bar-Tender’s® cocktail mixes, primarily in the New England market.
GSC Packaging, based in Atlanta, Georgia, is one of the largest contract packagers of powdered food, drink mixes, supplements, and diet products in the United States. The acquisition provides Brady Enterprises with additional geographic and customer diversification, incremental capacity, and new capabilities to offer to existing and new customers.
